Thank you!!! Home selling is stressful! Thank you!!! We worked with Suzie for a fair amount of time (~ 6 months) on the sale of our home and, though there is an environment today with quick turnaround sales, we had our first offer go through escrow over 7 weeks only to be canceled by the buyer in the final week. As frustrated as we were, Suzie helped us navigate the options to move on or concede to concessions strategically. Given no house is perfect and every buyer has different needs, Suzie was able to assist us with a variety of contractors/service companies to handle the outstanding issue. While we had to do our due diligence, it was helpful to not have to start from zero. She never tried to force her contact on us and more often than not we used our own contacts and that highlights her flexibility in the situations. Lastly, with all of the stress from selling a home, Suzie did everything in her power to keep us sane and thinking about the important things during the whole process.
