Katie Lapins Trujillo

Katie has been involved in real estate in some form for more than 15 years. In addition to being a Realtor®, she is also a Certified Home Staging Expert® and offers free staging to all of her clients. Katie’s goal is to not only represent her clients to the best of her ability but also to educate and inform them during each step of the buying and selling process. When she had her own consulting business, she often said, "My goal is to have an educated client," and in real estate, she takes the same approach. Katie received her Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy from Duke University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver. Because she partners with her husband, Chris, clients get the benefit of two Realtors® working for them.
