Annette McCreadie

Annette has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and what a grand ride it’s been! She’s navigated feeding frenzy markets as well as “The Big Crash” - working with families and investors as well as guiding clients through foreclosures and short sales. She is a qualified Listing Agent and Buyers’ Agent. When some of her clients began to downsize and change their lifestyle, she became a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) – this unique knowledge enables her to provide a concierge style moving experience to clients. Her commitment and experience bring a level of service that her clients love and appreciate. She believes it’s all about your life and your dreams!

Annette graduated from Miami University (BS), the University of Central Florida (MA), and the University of Denver (PhD).  She worked in both the field of education and the corporate business world which gave her a well-rounded perspective on life. Having lived in the Midwest, South, and West as well as moving a family with children several times gave her empathy and insight. 

Annette and her husband live in Denver Colorado and have 2 grown daughters. They love the wonderful lifestyle that Colorado provides!
